Terms and Conditions

 

Article 1 - Definitions

Definitions include General Conditions, Event, Visitor, Services, Buyer, Organiser, Agreement, Force Majeure, Tixtfy (incorporated under UK law), Products, Ticket, Website (www.tixtfy.com).

 

Article 2 – Applicability

General Conditions apply to all Tixtfy transactions. Buyers also adhere to specific Ticket/Event conditions and any Organiser or Event venue rules.

 

Article 3 – Agreement

Tixtfy, as a ticket reseller, enters into Agreements upon order and payment on www.tixtfy.com, contingent on ticket availability. No refunds are provided once an order is placed.

 

Article 4 – Prices, Costs and Payment

Prices may include additional fees. Tixtfy charges service and transaction fees. Prices on www.tixtfy.com are in GBP and include VAT. Non-payment results in statutory interest and potential recovery costs.

 

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery to the provided email or postal address. Tickets typically delivered 3-5 days before the game, but may be up to 24 hours before during busy periods. Identity verification documents may be required for ticket receipt.

 

Article 6 – Personalisation

Ticket personalisation varies. Buyer responsible for accurate information, with possible fees for changes.

 

Article 7 – Cancelled or Postponed Events

Tixtfy notifies Buyers of changes. Refunds only provided if the game is cancelled. No refunds for rescheduled games, the tickets will be provided for the rescheduled date. 

 

Article 8 – Liability

Limited liability for Tixtfy. Not liable for issues due to incorrect contact details or ticket misuse. Liability contingent on written notice and failure to rectify.

 

Article 9 – Force Majeure

Covers unavoidable circumstances including staff illness, strikes, machinery failures, government actions, natural disasters, and war.

 

Article 10 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints submitted within a reasonable timeframe. Response target is seven days, with extended periods for complex cases.

 

Article 11 – Privacy

Buyers consent to Tixtfy's privacy policy as detailed on www.tixtfy.com.
